Payhip handles the kit purchase and download. This website does not collect account passwords, payment information or church rosters.
Current download: v1.0.1. The Payhip ZIP includes the corrected Example start times. Use the download link in your original receipt to get it. Copies already saved on your computer do not update automatically.
Find your download
- Find the Payhip purchase receipt in the email account used at checkout. Check spam or junk if necessary.
- Open the download link in that receipt and save the kit ZIP to your computer.
- Extract the ZIP. You should have START_HERE.txt, COL_Sunday_Coverage.xlsx, COL_Field_Guide.pdf and Message_Templates.txt.
- Read START_HERE and the Field Guide. Keep an untouched copy of the workbook before entering your own assignments.
Don’t post or forward your private download link publicly. Continue to the quick start.
Missing receipt or file problem?
Use the seller contact in your receipt or contact COL through the store. Provide your order reference if available and explain the problem. COL can check the order before helping with delivery; never send card numbers, passwords or verification codes.
File issues and refund requests are reviewed individually. This page does not promise automatic refunds or change your statutory consumer rights.
One purchase, one church
Your purchase permits internal copies and adaptations within one church organization. It does not include resale, public sharing of paid files or distribution to other organizations. Refer to the license in the Field Guide.
How this fits with other COL tools
The kit belongs to Carlo Orlando Leadership’s resources. It is a downloadable product, not a Church Staff Meeting add-on or subscription. Other COL tools have separate access and terms. There is no shared login, roster sync or automatic account provisioning from a kit purchase.
