Before you get started
Does it connect to Planning Center or send messages?
No. Enter assignments manually. The workbook calculates coverage from those entries; you copy, personalize and send messages through your church’s existing tools.
What software should I use?
The kit contains an .xlsx workbook, PDF Field Guide and text files. Use Excel on a computer for setup. Google Sheets import and mobile editing have not been independently verified.
Does Ready mean our service is safe to run?
No. Ready describes the assignments entered in the workbook. Your church’s authorized leaders decide staffing, suitability, safeguarding and whether a service can proceed.
Can the whole church use it?
One purchase allows internal copies and adaptations within one church organization. It does not allow resale, public sharing of the paid files or distribution to other organizations.
Is this the same account as another COL product?
No shared account is required for this downloadable kit. Payhip handles the purchase and download. A purchase does not create a Church Staff Meeting account, subscription or shared product entitlement.
