Does this replace Planning Center?

No. You can use it alongside your existing schedule. Assignments and follow-ups are entered manually. There is no Planning Center connection or automatic volunteer texting.

What software do I need?

The kit includes an Excel workbook and PDF guide. Use a current version of Excel on a computer for setup. Google Sheets import may work, but native Google Sheets compatibility has not yet been verified.

Can my whole church use it?

Yes. One purchase allows internal copies and adaptations within one church organization. Resale, public sharing, and distribution to other organizations are excluded.

What information goes in the workbook?

Use only the minimum adult volunteer and scheduling information your church permits. Keep children’s records and sensitive screening, medical, or incident information out. Your church’s staffing and safeguarding policies govern decisions.

What if a file doesn’t work?

Contact the seller through your purchase receipt. File problems and refund requests are reviewed individually. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
